STEP 1: Why is it important?
Main Goals:
- Create an internal competencies’ evaluation and certification system
- Encourage external trainers (like enterprises or associations) to release diplomas to refugee students who work with them
- Teach refugee students to include certifications in their personal CV in order to highlight their competencies and skills
- Create linkages between training process, skills’ certification and refugee students’ integration path
