Explanation of the quality indicator "Learning goal/content"

All learning processes and progress have to be defined in advance, for example, through a learning plan or curriculum. A learning plan should specify the learning content and goals in concrete terms. The plan provides a basis for all further didactic and pedagogical decisions and should take into account learners’ needs. Clear oversight of learning goals and content is one of the key items to achieve successful integration and implementation of vocational training programmes. Especially in training for refugees, clear added value can be achieved with a flexible curriculum design.
