STEP 3: What have I learnt?
1. Why should Educational institutions be aware of how elementary it is to inform young refugees sufficiently about the offer and support possibilities for placement in follow-up courses by the educational institution even after the measure has ended?
Explanation: Due to the often non-existent social network in the host country and the lack of information about the education system in the host country, young refugees need help in finding possible follow-up courses.
2. How should (follow-up) courses for young refugees be designed?
Explanation:
- The goal or aim of the course should be clear to all participants
- The aims of a measure should always be clear to all parties involved, and an overview of different and individual follow-up-possibilities should be given to the students
