1. Why a stimulating and peaceful environment is important for refugees students?
Explanation: A peaceful environment is important because allows students to reach their potential, overpass possible problems due to their conditions and be integrated into the classroom
2. Why the assessment of the situation in the class must be continuous
Explanation: A continuous assessment of the situation in the class allows to prevent possible clashes and racism. In fact some dynamics can occur during the year, regardless an effective class composition process at the beginning of the course.
3. Why a strong linkage with refugees students families is important?
Explanation: Create a strong contact with families can help school managers and teachers to better understand refugees specific needs and to create a supportive social network in order to overpass possible problems
4. What is the role of the peer mentor?
Explanation: A peer mentor is a native student who is assigned to a refuge student: he has to support the refugee student during all his training path, helping him to understand school tasks and to be integrated into the class
