  • Increased alignment of vocational training provision with labor market requirements to facilitate the integration of young refugees into the labor market
  • Motivation and transfer orientation of learning as key factors to avoid high absence and dropout rates
  • Learning scenarios that are also designed with learning objectives in mind can clarify the purpose of learning for trainees (increased motivation > reduced absenteeism and dropout rates)
  • Measures for the vocational reorientation of young refugees must specifically target the clarification of the connection between theory and future life/career
