- Allows to evaluate if the institution has a balanced economic situation to set up the courses and to reach the training goals
- Allows to evaluate how the institution raises the capital, creates a financial security network and finds new opportunities
- Allows to see if the institution has a good financial reporting and a social reporting of the activities
- Allows to understand if managers take into consideration the educational sphere and the training goals when they plan the financial plan of the institution
