STEP 1: Why is it important?
Main Goals:
- Refugees are supported to be independent and self-helping
- The measure is “socially accepted”, so participants feel like they are contributing to their own professional life and to finding their place in society.
- It is not only a temporary measure to “keep the refugees busy” or a mandatory measure by the government, they are actually educated/ taught/ get Bildung
- The focus is on the individual person and what he /she wants to learn and achieve, not on what the labor market or certain companies want/ need.
