1. Why is the employability important for the quality of the integration of the refugees?
Explanation: Employability represents an applicability or ability for an employment and explains the ability to acquire the skills required by changing labor market needs. Employability could play a key role in the school-to-work transition of refugee students and thus contribute significantly to their further integration into the labor market and society. Therefore, this indicator is important and should be taken into account in the quality evaluation.
2. What are the potential benefits of possesing the employability skills by the students and what are the benefits for the companies?
Explanation: Employability is not only about flexibility, which is taken for granted, but also key social skills such as ability to work in a team, communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking that allows a person to remain employable in the labor market. For employability not only a special knowledge is important, but in particular the ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems and take over the re-sponsibility. Thus, particularly larger companies are promoting the employability of their employees and offer preferably various workshops to their employees so that they could remain competitive.
3. Which main objectives should the evaluator consider?
